Updated Cancellation Policy in Light of Current Pandemic

The Product Show committee has finalized their updated cancellation policy in light of the current pandemic:
The ISPE Boston Area Chapter Product Show is a not-for-profit Show and funds raised from the Product Show underwrite a host of quality educational programs, events, scholarships and special activities offered by the Chapter throughout the year. For this reason, the Chapter is moving forward with the annual Product Show as planned on September 16, 2020.
If an exhibitor wishes to cancel their participation at the Show, the ISPE Boston Area Chapter will offer refunds on a one-time adjusted fee schedule:
Cancellations received on or before 11:59 pm EST on June 1, 2020 will receive a full refund of any payments made to the Product Show order.
Cancellations received between 12:00 am EST on June 2, 2020 and 11:59 pm EST on July 17, 2020 will receive a 50% refund of any payments made to the Product Show order.
Cancellations received after 12:00 am EST on July 18, 2020 will not receive a refund.
If the ISPE Boston Area Chapter cancels the Show at any point, all exhibitors will receive a full refund at that time.
If the ISPE Boston Area Chapter postpones the Show and exhibitors are unable to attend the new date, those exhibitors will receive a full refund.
If exhibitors coming from outside of the U.S. are unable to travel into the U.S. due to restrictions, the ISPE Boston Area Chapter will issue a full refund.
Lastly, in lieu of a refund, exhibitors are welcome to opt to hold their credit to be applied at the 2021 Product Show (note that carrying a credit does not guarantee your registration for the 2021 Product Show – exhibitors must still complete the online registration and exhibit space selection process).
