ISPE Disposables COP and ASME-BPE (American Society of Mechanical Engineers – Bioprocessing Equipment) are setting the standard for Single-Use Systems (SUS). ASME-BPE joins us to highlight the SUS updates within their latest revision of the BPE international standard. Twenty pages of new and updated content will touch on SUS sterilization, storage and expiry, integrity, design conformance, and single-use equipment. We will also plot the course for anticipated revisions in 2026 around topics such as: SUS joining, risk management, particulate control, and alignment of terminology. Please join the beginning of collaborative efforts between our two organizations to advance Single-Use Technology for the pharmaceutical industry.
