Session 4: Transforming Manufacturing Operations with Unified Data Environments

3:00 PM – 3:45 PM | West Red Level, Suite 81

Transforming Manufacturing Operations with Unified Data Environments

In an era where digital transformation is key, manufacturing operations often struggle with siloed systems, non-standardized data, and limited governance, leading to hindered visibility and suboptimal decision making. This presentation will explore the journey towards creating a unified data environment that enhances operational visibility, promotes accurate, real-time decision-making, and paves the way for successful digital transformation and AI enablement. Attendees will learn about the development of

  • standard data model
  • the importance of data governance
  • the deployment of scalable, flexible architectures.

Real-world examples of pilot projects, such as predictive maintenance and real-time order tracking, will illustrate the tangible benefits of these initiatives.
