Parking
Parking is FREE. There will be road signs for exhibitor parking – we recommend parking at 6A if your exhibit is on the East and W22 if your exhibit is on the West!

Using the Loading Dock
Exhibitors can use the loading dock during Tuesday night set-up from 5 pm – 8 pm and during Wednesday morning set-up from 8 am – 11 am. The loading dock will be marked with signage and there will be volunteers there in case you have questions. You must drop off your items, return to your car, park your car, then return to the loading dock to bring your items up to the Show floor. Capital Conventions Contractors will be on hand in case you’d like to order load in services from them.

Exhibitor Entrance & Name Badge Pickup
THERE IS NO NAME BADGE PICK-UP ON TUESDAY NIGHT! On Wednesday morning from 8 am – 11 am, you can enter through W4 if you have a West side exhibit or Career Fair space, and E4 if you have an East side exhibit space. This will put you closer to your exhibit and cut down on the amount of walking you’ll have to do at the stadium. Just check in at the registration desk to get your name badge. If you will be arriving after 11 am, you MUST enter through the main E1 attendee entrance as the other entrances will close promptly at 11 am.

Where can I store my storage boxes for my exhibit during the Show?
If the items cannot fit right under your tabletop exhibit space, you must either return them to your vehicle or you can pay Capital Conventions to store them during the day for you. Capital is located in both the East and West clubhouses, marked with a “V” on the map for Vendor Services. Companies can NOT store boxes in open spaces on the Show floor.

I paid for lead retrieval/I want to order lead retrieval, where do I do that?
You must pick-up/order from ExpoTrac and they are located at Vendor services in both the East and West sides of the Clubhouse. Look for a “V” on the show floor map. Lead retrieval devices must be returned to the same place when the Show concludes.

Can I order pipe & drape between my exhibit space and the one behind me/next to me?
No, this is not permissible.

Lounges & PowerZone
Want to plug in your laptop or just take a load off? Come by the ISPE PowerZone near the Career Fair in the West Clubhouse! There is also a photobooth so make sure to jump in and get a photo!

FREE Charging Stations
Attendees are welcome to use the Verizon charging towers, located outside of the restrooms in both the East and West clubhouses, free of charge all day thanks to the Product Show Committee! The instructions on how to use the charging towers are located right on the tower itself!

Networking Welcome Breakfast & Coffee Hour
Join us for a Networking Welcome Breakfast & Coffee hour from 8:30 am – 9:30 am. You can meet with colleagues and attendees prior to the plenary session.

Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages
As a perk to the attendees, food and non-alcoholic beverages are FREE at the Product Show. Bars will be open in both the East and West Clubhouses and they accept cash and credit cards. You are welcome to leave the Product Show if they wish to get food in Patriot Place, but outside food is not allowed back into Gillette Stadium. Product Show Website is Mobile Friendly
Visit the Product Show website right on your mobile device at any time during Show day to access the Show Floor map, exhibitor directory, and the schedule for the day. The website also has a list of the free food and where and when to find it. Just use shortlink ISPEPS.org!

Handicap Accessibility
Gillette Stadium is handicap accessible but do not have wheelchairs or scooters available onsite. Attendees should bring their own equipment if needed. For more information on Gillette Stadium accessibility, please go to http://www.gillettestadium.com/ada-information.

After-Party – Getting There & Details
Take the large South ramp between the East and West Clubhouses all the way down to field level and follow the signs to the Optum Field Lounge! You will need your attendee name badge to access the After-Party so bring it with you! Attendees get a FREE T-shirt and are entered to the Celtics Tickets & Dinner prize raffle! Attendees can also go out onto the field to play field games, try their luck at the Field Goal Kicking Contest, or just toss around some footballs! No beverages will be allowed on the turf per Gillette rules.

BREAKING NEWS: Date Change for 2024 Show

Product Show Breaking news! Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict at Gillette Stadium, the show’s date has been rescheduled from Wednesday, September 18th to October 2nd. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, but please note that this is entirely out of our control. The Product Show Committee is working tirelessly to ensure that the date change is seamless. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated. 2023 Product Show Attracts Thousands

On Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, we hosted our 31st Annual Product Show at Gillette Stadium! And honestly, it was the biggest, best show we have had yet. We are just now recovering. There was record attendance once again, beating out last year’s attendance with over 4,500 attendees! Our new mobile app helped people find exhibitors, look up sessions and speakers, and participate in a scavenger hunt. See below for photo highlights. The day kicked off with a Keynote and Chapter Awards session in Gillette’s newly renovated North End Club. Katie Leitch from Seres Therapeutics and Dr. Timothy Watson from Gilead Sciences spoke. The Show Floor opened as the keynote finished, with attendees visiting over 400 exhibitors on the East and West side of Putnam Club. Of course, no Product Show is complete without the Career Fair. There were over 20 hiring Biotech companies represented, and several career-based presentations, with free headshots to all attendees. This year’s show featured six educational sessions with topics spanning from Operational Readiness to Oligonucleotide Synthesis. NEW this year, there were five Community-of-Practice sessions, including an introduction and presentation from Tim Postlethwaite, ISPE’s Director of Technical Communities. These new sessions were well attended, some being standing room only. Thank you to Joe Manfredi, who nearly single-handedly organized them from inception to end. We cannot forget our chapter committee events either. The Student Development Committee hosted “Product Show 101″ with guidelines for student attendees. Women in Pharma hosted a session on work appreciation languages, and Emerging Leaders hosted a session on AI. The Ethnocultural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (EDEI) Committee hosted a cocktail mixer and player social with former New England Patriot, Vernon Crawford, Jr., and Veterans in Pharma had their annual networking social. A Committee Volunteer Drive and Social was hosted in the North End Club to share how our valuable volunteers contribute to the Chapter. The day concluded with the annual After-Party (sponsored by Laminar Flow) which was held on the concourse this year, as the Billy Joel concert that weekend derailed our plans. However, we still had a ton of fun, with 12 Barz Band providing exceptional live music. Celebrity guests Brad Marchand, Bruins Captain, and Brian Scalabrine, former Boston Celtics player, made an appearance as attendees enjoyed Lombardi Trophies, Super Bowl Rings, and tailgate games set up all over the place. This event would not have been possible without the dedication of our Product Show Committee. They volunteer countless hours to make this show bigger and better every year.
