Hospitality Suite – East – Half Day

Description

Your East-Side hospitality suite can be used for product demonstrations, educational presentations, meetings with prospective clients, or even a company reception. The suite is rented for a half-day (4 hours) in either the morning or the afternoon and pricing is for the rental of the space only. Food, beverages, and AV services are additional costs paid directly to Gillette Stadium and must be coordinated through the ISPE Boston Product Show office. Orders for these additional items must be finalized by August 9th, 2024. Final billing will be done by Gillette Stadium after the Show. By purchasing this sponsorship, the exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules listed within the Product Show License Agreement & Manual and must also sign the hospitality suite waiver. Your company can decide whether your hospitality suite event is invite-only or open to all attendees.
